WHAT IS A COALITION?
HOUSTON RESPONDS is building a collaborative system of regional coalitions to collaborate disaster and crisis response. Coalitions and their congregations seek to partner with nonprofits, long-term recovery groups, and government agencies already serving their communities. With thousands of compassionate and willing volunteers, the local church can be a difference maker in responding to disasters and crises.
